A Good Girl’s Guide to Murder by Holly Jackson- Book Review

Okay, so I’m not going to lie! I may or may not have read this book in one night. 😂 I can’t believe it took me this long to finally read this book. I was completely hooked from the beginning to end. I started this book at 8pm (after making sure all my children were tucked as snug little bugs in their beds) and finished it at 3am. Definitely sleep deprived but oh so worth it! I loved the way it was written and I thoroughly enjoyed the characters. I love Pippa, Ravi and Cara but I have to admit my favorite character was Pippa’s dad, Victor (I know, I’m getting old)! 😂 I loved him and laughed out loud at so many parts he was in. He was the little light I needed during all the crazy and amazing twists and turns that I didn’t see coming! This is also a 5⭐ read for me! I can’t wait to read the next book in this series when it comes out! It will definitely be another all nighter for me! 😂

Yay for 20k!

Happy Day! It’s the start of a new week and I can’t tell you how thankful I am. I started my Bookstagram account a year and a half ago and never expected this amount of love. I absolutely love reading and recommending books to others. Here are a few things about me that you might not know (or do know 😂).

In The Dark by Loreth Anne White- Book Review

found this gem of a book on Kindle Unlimited and I absolutely loved it. The story has an Agatha Christie, And Then There Were None vibe but with such a great twist. This book took me on a whirlwind of twist and turns that kept my emotions/anxiety on high alert! I absolutely loved this one and I definitely recommend it. It was a fast paced thriller that you can’t put down! I give this book ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️💫.

The Royal Treatment by Melanie Summers- Book Review

This was a such a fun and cute book and I realized after reading it that it’s a series! I enjoyed the characters and the wittiness between them. Tessa was a great character. I loved her awkwardness and felt it very relatable. She was just an all around great character to connect with. I also enjoyed Prince Arthur. At first, I didn’t like his character at all but as the story went his character became deeper and I really started to like him. I can’t wait to see what happens in the next book! I give this book ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.

Little Monsters by Kara Thomas- Book Review

If you are looking for a fast paced suspense book and you loved The Cheerleaders by @karathomaswrites than definitely read this one that’s also written by her. This book took me on a crazy ride with lots of twist and turns. I thought I had guessed the right ending but I was wrong and the ending was really good! I enjoyed the characters and loved their flaws because it allowed me to connect with them on a deeper level. I give this book ⭐️⭐️⭐️💫.

Kacey is the new girl in Broken Falls. When she moved in with her father, she stepped into a brand-new life. A life with a stepbrother, a stepmother, and strangest of all, an adoring younger half sister. And everyone is so nice in Broken Falls—she’s even been welcomed into a tight new circle of friends. Bailey and Jade invite her to do everything with them. Under the Dome by Stephen King- Book Review

This is probably one of my favorites by King and one of the longest books I’ve read. I a little intimated by it’s size when I started it but the story completely sucked me in. It start with a bang and ended with a bang. I think I devoured this book within a few days because I couldn’t put it down. My emotions ran all over the place in the story. There were obvious ass holes and couldn’t stand them but I love the good guys and was fighting with them through the whole story. I can’t imagine being cut off from the entire world and not knowing what is going to happen next so Under the Dome brought a sense of uneasiness to me. I definitely give this book 5⭐️.

Synopsis:
On an entirely normal, beautiful fall day in Chester’s Mill, Maine, the town is inexplicably and suddenly sealed off from the rest of the world by an invisible force field. Planes crash into it and fall from the sky in flaming wreckage, a gardener’s hand is severed as “the dome” comes down on it, people running errands in the neighboring town are divided from their families, and cars explode on impact. Here to Stay by Mark Edwards- Book Review

Whoa! This was such a great suspense/ thriller! It’s definitely one of my favorite book so far this year. I couldn’t put this book down and if you think you have crazy in-laws/family then read this one and your mind will be blown! I was completely sucked into this book from the first page all the way to the end. I enjoyed the characters and their relationships with each other. I also enjoyed all the dark secrets within the family that I didn’t see coming. Plus the ending!! 🤯🤯🤯 This book is also free with Kindle Unlimited! I give this book ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️💫.
