Karin Slaughter does it again. I have binge read this series this month and I have loved this series. My favorite character would definitely have to be Dr. Linton. There is something empowering about a strong, smart female lead. If you are a Slaughter fan and you haven’t read this series by her than I definitely encourage you too get these books. I love following all the characters and getting tangled up in the story and thrills along the way. Karin Slaughter makes it incredibly hard to put her books down. I have stayed up way too late so many nights this month with this series and I absolutely don’t regret it. 😁 As a whole, I give this series ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. I am on the third book of her Will Trent series and so far The Grant County series is my favorite. I know Dr. Linton crosses over into the Will Trent books so it will be interesting to see how that unfolds.
I got this book for $5 when I bought a coffee Barnes and Noble and I’m so glad I did. I was intrigued from beginning to end. Although the main character got on my nerves with her indecisiveness the story itself held my attention the whole time. I enjoyed it enough to buy a few of her others which I have also enjoyed. It was a fast pace thriller and had some suspense in them but not nearly as detailed or gory as other thrillers I have read which may be because it’s written for younger adults. I would give this book ⭐️⭐️⭐️. I love finding great books that I didn’t know we’re out there, it’s always a great surprise!

This is the first book I’ve read by A.J. Banner but definitely won’t be the last. This book was extremely fast paced and had so many twist and turns that I had to reread a few pages to make sure I followed exactly what was going on in the story. Most of the characters were likable but not extremely in depth. My favorite thing about the book was definitely the last twist at the end that made my chin drop because I did not see it coming and I truly believe it made the book. I’m loving all the thrillers I’ve been reading this month and this one is no different. I found this jewel on Kindle Unlimited and I’m so glad I did. I loved the well-molded characters and the compelling story that continuously had me guessing the whole time. There was a lot details to the story that really connected all the pieces of the story together. From the very beginning this book starts off with a twist and bring all the twist together at the end, which was great. This book is definitely worth reading and you won’t be able to put it down plus it’s free with Kindle Unlimited. I give this book ⭐️⭐️⭐️💫. While I really enjoyed this book it’s hard to rate when I have read so many thrillers this month that have been amazing.

Let me first start off by saying that yes, this book is long, and while I do think it could have been a little shorter, it’s so worth the read. This is an amazing thriller that will have your pulse racing within the first couple of chapters. It’s a race against time between good and evil that left me completely entranced with every page I turned. This book is so incredibly good, it’s literary genius. If you have time to read this in October then I highly encourage you to. It fits in perfectly for a thriller this month. I give this book ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️💫. I would probably have given it 5 stars if it was a little shorter because there are areas where is dragged on a little. I thought it was about to end until I look at how much time was left and I still had another 200 pages left. 😂

I’ve had this book on my tbr list for a while and I don’t know why I have continued to put off reading it but I finally read it and holy hell it was completely worth it. This story was so detailed in the depth it went to explain the characters and their history. This book was creepy on a whole new level. Imagine being obsessed with an object but that obsession continues to pull you into a black whole. I kept thinking of the ring from The Lord of the Rings and everyone calling it my precious but instead of a gold item it was with young teenagers. I really enjoyed this read and will continue to read the rest of this series by Dot Hutchison which is called The Collection. Just finished The Ruins by Scott Smith and this is one of those situations where the book is almost always better than the movie. I saw the movie first and then read the book and I’m so glad I did. The books gave so much more details to the story as well as more characters that allowed you to connect with. I really loved this books and had a hard time putting it down. Similar to the story, I felt called to continue reading to find out what happened just like the tourist were called to explore the Ruins. This book was a great thriller and the mastermind behind all the thrills wasn’t a human being but something way more evolved. I give this book ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.

I’ve started my month of thrillers with this book. This is the 6th book in the Morgan Dane series by Melinda Leigh. I have thoroughly enjoyed every book in this series and this one did not disappoint. I still love the characters from Morgan, Lance and Sharp to a newer character who is Olivia. It’s easy thriller read that is also hard for me to put down so I was able to read this book within two nights. It had me guessing until the very end. If you haven’t read this series then definitely give it a try. I was able to read this one for free through Kindle Unlimited. I give this book ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. I already can’t wait for the next book.

This was such a fun book and I loved the way it was written. It incorporated text messages send from different characters in the book and gave you a hint as the story is told who was really writing a certain message. I throughly enjoyed all the characters in this book which included a group of friends, 5 guys and a girl who is Millie Morris. She an extremely smart woman who is a professor at UC Santa Barbara. She is funny, witty but also has had her ups and downs in life. When she begins a friendship with a group of guys that she works with she soon realizes that she has stronger feeling than a friendship for one of them and he may have feelings for her as well. Christina Lauren does it again and I was completely hooked from beginning to end with this book. I give this book ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. It’s my third favorite book was hers right after The Unhoneymooners and Josh and Hazel’s Guide to Not Dating.

Matchmaking for Beginners was a cute book. It took me a little while to get into the story but thought it was cute none the less. I loved the character Blitz. I found her so refreshing and loved her carefree personality. I honestly think she made the story. Marnie the main character wasn’t my favorite, I felt like the lacked some depth and was continuously indecisive which was quite frustrating at time. Over all the book was cute but not one of my favorites. I give this book ⭐️⭐️⭐️. Thankfully I was able to read it for free through Kindle Unlimited.
