Here to Stay by Mark Edwards- Book Review

Whoa! This was such a great suspense/ thriller! It’s definitely one of my favorite book so far this year. I couldn’t put this book down and if you think you have crazy in-laws/family then read this one and your mind will be blown! I was completely sucked into this book from the first page all the way to the end. I enjoyed the characters and their relationships with each other. I also enjoyed all the dark secrets within the family that I didn’t see coming. Plus the ending!! 🤯🤯🤯 This book is also free with Kindle Unlimited! I give this book ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️💫.

Cross Her Heart by Melinda Leigh- Book Review

I have loved @melindaleigh1 books for years now, especially The Morgan Dane series. She is one of my go to authors because I love both her stories and her characters. I’m excited and already hooked on her new series, The Bree Taggert Series, which debuted in March! The characters are great and so easy to connect with and the story is intriguing with just the right amount of suspense/mystery and a little romance. Thank you to @netgalleyand @amazonpublishing for the ARC. This book came out it March but there is a second book in this series that is scheduled to come out in September and I’m so excited this story continuing. I give this book ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.

Party of Two by Jasmine Guillory- Book Review

I absolutely loved this book! I loved the characters, the chemistry and the wittiness! I couldn’t finish it fast enough and at the same time I didn’t want it to end! This book also give you some yummy visions of cake while you read which is always a plus! This was the last book I read in May and it’s was a perfect ending to my rom com month. This book was just published June 23rd and is the perfect go to summer rom com! You will not regret reading this one and I promiss it will put a smile on your face! I give this book ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.

Camp Slaughter by Sergio Gomez- Book Review

I don’t usually read horror that often but I found this book on Kindle Unlimited and whoa! It’s a slasher horror book but oh so good. It kept me hooked on every page. It gave me so many emotions, especially hope even though we know how all horror stories end. It was fast paced, we’ll written and I couldn’t put it down. I would give this book ⭐️⭐️⭐️💫.

Synopsis:
It’s a local legend. No one is sure if this “Camp Slaughter” place is real or not. But a group of college kids renting out a cabin deep in the woods of Pennsylvania will soon realize the truth. They’ll realize the danger, too. Or rather, the cannibal out in the woods will bring the danger to them…

The Poison Garden by A.J. Banner- Book Review

This is the first book I’ve read by A.J. Banner but definitely won’t be the last. This book was extremely fast paced and had so many twist and turns that I had to reread a few pages to make sure I followed exactly what was going on in the story. Most of the characters were likable but not extremely in depth. My favorite thing about the book was definitely the last twist at the end that made my chin drop because I did not see it coming and I truly believe it made the book. Pretty Girls Dancing by Kylie Brant- Book Review

I’m loving all the thrillers I’ve been reading this month and this one is no different. I found this jewel on Kindle Unlimited and I’m so glad I did. I loved the well-molded characters and the compelling story that continuously had me guessing the whole time. There was a lot details to the story that really connected all the pieces of the story together. From the very beginning this book starts off with a twist and bring all the twist together at the end, which was great. This book is definitely worth reading and you won’t be able to put it down plus it’s free with Kindle Unlimited. I give this book ⭐️⭐️⭐️💫. While I really enjoyed this book it’s hard to rate when I have read so many thrillers this month that have been amazing.

The Butterfly Garden by Dot Hutchison

I’ve had this book on my tbr list for a while and I don’t know why I have continued to put off reading it but I finally read it and holy hell it was completely worth it. This story was so detailed in the depth it went to explain the characters and their history. This book was creepy on a whole new level. Imagine being obsessed with an object but that obsession continues to pull you into a black whole. I kept thinking of the ring from The Lord of the Rings and everyone calling it my precious but instead of a gold item it was with young teenagers. I really enjoyed this read and will continue to read the rest of this series by Dot Hutchison which is called The Collection. It makes me look at Butterflies a whole different way. 😂 I give this book ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️💫. This book is available for free through Kindle Unlimited.

Save Your Breath by Melinda Leigh- Book Review

I’ve started my month of thrillers with this book. This is the 6th book in the Morgan Dane series by Melinda Leigh. I have thoroughly enjoyed every book in this series and this one did not disappoint. I still love the characters from Morgan, Lance and Sharp to a newer character who is Olivia. It’s easy thriller read that is also hard for me to put down so I was able to read this book within two nights. It had me guessing until the very end. If you haven’t read this series then definitely give it a try. I was able to read this one for free through Kindle Unlimited. I give this book ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. I already can’t wait for the next book.

Kindle or Real Books?

As an avid reader I carry my Kindle everywhere I go because I never know when I’m going to get a few minutes to read. I love buying real books and feeling to weight in hands and that smell of the pages as I flip through the book but I love the convenience of my Kindle. I love that I don’t damage my book while I’m reading it but I feel like I tend to read quicker on a Kindle which is a good and bad thing. So here’s the question for you…are you a Kindle reader or Real Book reader? There is no judgement here. I love both but tend to lean on my Kindle more.
