Okay, so I’m not going to lie! I may or may not have read this book in one night. 😂 I can’t believe it took me this long to finally read this book. I was completely hooked from the beginning to end. I started this book at 8pm (after making sure all my children were tucked as snug little bugs in their beds) and finished it at 3am. Definitely sleep deprived but oh so worth it! I loved the way it was written and I thoroughly enjoyed the characters. I love Pippa, Ravi and Cara but I have to admit my favorite character was Pippa’s dad, Victor (I know, I’m getting old)! 😂 I loved him and laughed out loud at so many parts he was in. He was the little light I needed during all the crazy and amazing twists and turns that I didn’t see coming! This is also a 5⭐ read for me! I can’t wait to read the next book in this series when it comes out! It will definitely be another all nighter for me! 😂 . What’s a book you stayed up late reading because you couldn’t put it down?
Synopsis: Everyone in Fairview knows the story. Pretty and popular high school senior Andie Bell was murdered by her boyfriend, Sal Singh, who then killed himself. It was all anyone could talk about. And five years later, Pip sees how the tragedy still haunts her town. But she can’t shake the feeling that there was more to what happened that day. She knew Sal when she was a child, and he was always so kind to her. How could he possibly have been a killer? Now a senior herself, Pip decides to reexamine the closed case for her final project, at first just to cast doubt on the original investigation. But soon she discovers a trail of dark secrets that might actually prove Sal innocent . . . and the line between past and present begins to blur. Someone in Fairview doesn’t want Pip digging around for answers, and now her own life might be in danger.

I’ve had this book on tbr list for over a year now and I’m so glad I finally read. It was a great, fast pace, psychological thriller that I needed. It took me on a whirlwind ride of who done it and I did not expect that ending. It started with a gripping beginning and ended with a jaw dropping ending. The middle was a little slow for me and maybe is was because the beginning was so good but then the author had to explain the story and slowed the middle down a little but the ending pulled it through and I didn’t see it coming. I give this book ⭐️⭐️⭐️💫.
Synopsis: In 2009, Edie had New York’s social world in her thrall. Mercurial and beguiling, she was the shining star of a group of recent graduates living in a Brooklyn loft and treating New York like their playground. When Edie’s body was found near a suicide note at the end of a long, drunken night, no one could believe it. Grief, shock, and resentment scattered the group and brought the era to an abrupt end. A decade later, Lindsay has come a long way from the drug-addled world of Calhoun Lofts. She has devoted best friends, a cozy apartment, and a thriving career as a magazine’s head fact-checker. But when a chance reunion leads Lindsay to discover an unsettling video from that hazy night, she starts to wonder if Edie was actually murdered—and, worse, if she herself was involved. As she rifles through those months in 2009—combing through case files, old technology, and her fractured memories—Lindsay is forced to confront the demons of her own violent history to bring the truth to light.
found this gem of a book on Kindle Unlimited and I absolutely loved it. The story has an Agatha Christie, And Then There Were None vibe but with such a great twist. This book took me on a whirlwind of twist and turns that kept my emotions/anxiety on high alert! I absolutely loved this one and I definitely recommend it. It was a fast paced thriller that you can’t put down! I give this book ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️💫.

This was a such a fun and cute book and I realized after reading it that it’s a series! I enjoyed the characters and the wittiness between them. Tessa was a great character. I loved her awkwardness and felt it very relatable. She was just an all around great character to connect with. I also enjoyed Prince Arthur. At first, I didn’t like his character at all but as the story went his character became deeper and I really started to like him. I can’t wait to see what happens in the next book! I give this book ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.
Synopsis: Ultra-private, ridiculously handsome Crown Prince Arthur has always gotten by on his charm. But that won’t be enough now that the Royal Family is about to be ousted from power once and for all. When Prince Arthur has to rely on the one woman in the kingdom who hates him most, he must learn that earning the love of a nation means first risking his heart. Twenty-eight-year-old Tessa Sharpe, a.k.a. The Royal Watchdog, hates everything about Prince Arthur. As far as she’s concerned, he’s an arrogant, lazy leech on the kingdom of Avonia. When he shocks the nation by giving her the keys to the castle, Tessa has no choice but to accept and move in for two months. It’s lust at first sight, but there’s no way she can give in to her feelings—not if she wants to have a career or a shred of pride left when her time at the palace ends… Can two natural enemies find their forever in each other’s arms, or will they ruin each other to save themselves?
If you are looking for a fast paced suspense book and you loved The Cheerleaders by @karathomaswrites than definitely read this one that’s also written by her. This book took me on a crazy ride with lots of twist and turns. I thought I had guessed the right ending but I was wrong and the ending was really good! I enjoyed the characters and loved their flaws because it allowed me to connect with them on a deeper level. I give this book ⭐️⭐️⭐️💫.
Synopsis: Kacey is the new girl in Broken Falls. When she moved in with her father, she stepped into a brand-new life. A life with a stepbrother, a stepmother, and strangest of all, an adoring younger half sister. Kacey’s new life is eerily charming compared with the wild highs and lows of the old one she lived with her volatile mother. And everyone is so nice in Broken Falls—she’s even been welcomed into a tight new circle of friends. Bailey and Jade invite her to do everything with them. Which is why it’s so odd when they start acting distant. And when they don’t invite her to the biggest party of the year, it doesn’t exactly feel like an accident. But Kacey will never be able to ask, because Bailey never makes it home from that party. Suddenly, Broken Falls doesn’t seem so welcoming after all—especially once everyone starts looking to the new girl for answers. Kacey is about to learn some very important lessons: Sometimes appearances can be deceiving. Sometimes when you’re the new girl, you shouldn’t trust anyone.
